Terms & Conditions
These terms define the operational agreement between The Social Agent and our Clients. They ensure service stability, clarity, and fairness.
1. Service Scope
The Social Agent provides specialized Voice AI Infrastructure for Strata Management. Our service includes 24/7 call handling, emergency escalation, and structured reporting as defined in your selected plan (Pilot, Growth, Scale, or Enterprise). We operate as an operational system, not a replacement for legal or managerial judgment.
2. Retention & Minimum Commitment
To ensure service quality and stability, the following minimum terms apply based on your plan:
- Pilot Plan: Fixed 30-day term. No automatic renewal without approval.
- Growth Plan: Minimum 6-month commitment.
- Scale Plan: Minimum 6- to 12-month commitment.
Minimum terms begin from the live deployment date.
3. Termination & Exit
Standard Termination
After the minimum commitment period, either party may terminate operations with 60 days’ written notice. Services and billing continue during the notice period.
Early Termination
If the Client terminates before the end of the minimum term, all outstanding invoices become immediately due, and the Client remains liable for fees covering the remainder of the term. Setup fees are non-refundable.
4. Customer Support
We provide structured support to ensure system reliability.
- Availability: Monday to Friday, Business Hours (AEST/ACST).
- Response Targets: Initial response within 48 business hours for general inquiries.
- Scope: Includes troubleshooting, call review, and minor logic updates. Excludes real-time manual call intervention or legal advice.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the system functions correctly, the Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date operational information (emergency contacts, rules).
- Review call reports and summaries in a timely manner.
- Make all final business and compliance decisions.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Adelaide, South Australia.
