1. AI Limitations

The Social Agent utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence to handle calls. However, the AI is intentionally constrained and defined by specific limitations.

The AI WILL NOT:

  • Give legal advice or interpret legislation.
  • Approve repairs, costs, or authorize spending.
  • Make promises, guarantees, or negotiate on behalf of the agency.
  • Replace human judgment in complex or sensitive scenarios.

The system is designed to capture, organize, and escalate information. It does not replace the professional oversight of a licenced Strata Manager.

2. Reporting & Performance

We provide reporting for transparency and operational insight. These reports:

  • Do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., cost savings, complaint reduction).
  • Do not replace internal audits or management oversight.

Outcomes depend heavily on call volume, internal response processes, and adherence to agreed workflows by the Client's team.

3. Liability

The Social Agent is an infrastructure provider. We are not liable for:

  • Decisions made by your team based on call summaries.
  • Situations where emergency contacts do not answer escalated calls.
  • Disputes arising from the content of calls handled by the system, except where directly caused by system malfunction.

Our "Zero-Miss" and other performance guarantees are limited to the service credits defined in our commercial agreements and do not constitute unlimited liability.
